Quality is a process, not a stamp
Certification frames the ceiling of what we promise; the daily process decides what we deliver. Every production order travels with a control sheet: material batch at cutting, torque values at assembly, coating thickness at the booth, electrical signature at the test bench. The sheet is archived against the frame's serial number, so a question five years from now gets an answer, not a guess.
Tested against weather, not samples
Structural performance is verified on complete roofs, not cut-down coupons: pressure rigs cycle full-size blade roofs through wind-load profiles scaled to the exposure classes we sell, including the coastal specification. Snow-load cases lock the blades at closure and pile weight on the span. The numbers in our load tables come from these frames, in this hall.
Surfaces proven against the coast
Powder coating is qualified in salt-spray cabinets well beyond the standard hours, followed by a cross-cut adhesion test that must pass at the full duration, not at the brochure number. Hardware — stainless fasteners, aluminium castings, polymer guides — is specified as a system so no component becomes the galvanic weak point of the assembly.
What it means for partners
For dealers, the same documentation shortens tender responses: load tables, coating certificates and test summaries exist as standard attachments, and the serial archive answers warranty questions in minutes. For architects, the exposure classes translate directly into specification language. And for the client, it is the quiet reason a ten-year warranty is a commitment rather than a marketing line.
