Two days at headquarters for our dealer network: wind-load calculations, blade alignment, app configuration and the failures that never make it into manuals.
Why installation is the product
A pergola leaves the factory as a set of precision parts; the client experiences only what the installation makes of them. Two millimetres of blade misalignment read as a wavy roof line from across the garden. Our training days exist because the difference between a good system and a perfect one is made on site, with a level and a torque wrench.
The programme
Day one covers specification: reading structural drawings, calculating wind and snow loads for the site, choosing between wall and freestanding fixing, and sizing the drainage. Day two is hands-on: teams assemble a full roof, wire the drive and sensors, pair the app, and then diagnose seeded faults our trainers have hidden in the demo units.
What dealers take home
Beyond the certificate, participants leave with the current installation manual set, the wind-load worksheet as a spreadsheet, and a direct line to technical support that has seen their work — photos of their own training build are kept on file. Several of this year's attendees arrived as fitters and left specifying projects of their own.
Joining the next session
Training days run quarterly at headquarters, in English with Russian support, and are open to dealer teams worldwide. Places are allocated per territory through regional managers; partners planning an installer certification for the first time should book two months ahead.
