From spring design fairs to building expos, the Alfaprotech team spent the season on the road — here is what we brought home.
Spring on the road
Between March and June the team presented at four events across Europe, from a design-focused fair in northern Italy to a building expo in the Netherlands. Each stand was built around a fully motorized bioclimatic roof, because nothing communicates a shading system better than standing under it while the blades answer a passing cloud.
What visitors asked about
Three questions dominated every conversation. How the roof behaves in wind, answered live by the anemometer-driven demo. What integration with existing home automation looks like, which we showed on a working wall panel. And lead times — a fair question in a year when aluminium supply has been tight across the industry.
Conversations that outlast the fair
The most valuable hours were spent away from the stand: site visits with two restaurant groups planning terrace expansions, and a workshop with an architecture practice working on a coastal retrofit where salt-air corrosion resistance was the deciding specification rather than a footnote.
Autumn dates
The fair calendar resumes in September with two regional building expos and our own dealer summit in November. If you missed the spring stands, the same demo roof is on display at the Alfaprotech showroom year-round — booking a slot takes one email.
