The project
When a celebrated riverside restaurant renewed its dining spaces, the design team insisted the new dehors should feel like an interior — same warmth, same acoustics, same attention to detail. Three coupled AP-310 modules now run almost twelve meters along the garden front.
A room that breathes
Rotating louvers let the kitchen garden scents and the cool river air flow through the room at lunch; at dinner they close just enough to hold the warmth of the lights. Vertical screens along the open side give evening guests privacy without walls.

Details that host
Everything the restaurant learned indoors was carried outside: dimmable lighting tuned for food, silent motors that never interrupt conversation, and a gutter system that keeps the terrace dry during summer storms so service simply never stops.
